As a buyer, I was extremely impressed with the level of service provided by Frost Partnership in Staines. I was in communication with Jamie, Andy and the team during the house buying process, which was not the most straight forward - lasting nearly a year and encompassing offers on two properties! There were many complexities including a breakdown in the chain but these were handled very well by Frost. I was kept up to date with developments over phone, email and text. Frost were professional at all times and did a good job managing all the moving parts of the purchase. There are an increasing number of online estate agencies but having an ongoing point of contact you can meet and build trust with made such a big difference.
