This is the second time I have contracted Frost's services for the managed letting of a flat in Staines. The communication is straightforward and they excel for having a service oriented attitude. Both Jessica and in particular Laura have been magnificent. From the moment I contacted the agency, their service has always been attentive and focused to solve any issues first hand. I also would like to praise their communication to the tenant and making sure all parties are fully compliant with current legislation (an area that is becoming riddled by complexity). I would give 5 stars if a qualifying issue related to a different department within Frost's could be looked into. Perhaps with good intentions, the eagerness to send "an electrician to change a light bulb" type of attitude is often unnecessary and could have been prevented with some very basic questions & answers.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism
