Worst estate agency I have to deal with -Feltham branch. Their admin process is terrible with a worst manner you can expect from the agent. I suggest you to invoice first if you'd like to get paid. If you'd like to call, admitting your admin error and apologizing would be better way of approaching rather than saying you were going through the list of bad debt! Certainly not the agency I'll use next time.
I won't use this agency again. Please be careful what you're signing and wording of contracts.
Made an offer higher then the value the property was sold for, was told by a lady the property went for way over the initial price only to see it 6months later in the previous sales for less then what i had offered! Just the worst experience I've ever had with an estate agent. Incredibly uncommunicative, slow in responses, inaccurate in information and rude.
I have recently rented a flat managed by the Frost Partnership. They are entirely focused on making the sale. Once the contract has been signed and you have paid your money the level of service drops dramatically. They outsource every aspect of setting up the tenancy from producing the contract to the inventory and check-in and charge you for the privilege while they take a profit on all of the fees. They also arranged for a third party company to switch our energy supplier even though we had ticked the box expressly asking them not to do this. We are being inundated by people calling to take over our utilities and did not find out in time to cancel these transfers. Now I'm trying to get everything sorted out The Frost Partnership don't respond to emails or return my calls.
One star for your Windsor branch who I cannot find on here! Think they should focus more on being estate agents instead of financial advisors with their sarky little attitudes. Trying to belittle people who probably even get paid more than them!
I rent a property through Frost Partnership in Feltham, the service when reporting repairs is terrible expect it to take anywhere between 2-10 months and to ring daily.
I rented a house through Windsor Branch and dealt with Jackie Thomson. Worst possible customer service! Took nearly 2 months to get my undisputed deposit back ( luckily I didn't need the money). I then had to go to the Tenancy Deposit Scheme to get the rest of my deposit back, luckily I had proof that they were trying to claim damages from me that was on the check in report or on their own photographs before I moved in. Really glad TDS found in my favour and I got most of my money back! I would never rent or buy from this branch as the behaviour is unethical. I'm happy to show my report to anyone that needs it! Just really glad that the people that came to view house when we still lived there saw how badly we were treated and decided not to rent from them! Please make sure every bit of damage is on your check in and don't believe when they say it doesn't matter as fixtures are old as they try to withhold your deposit. They did same to tenants before me too!
