Poor communication from start to finish

I have sold and brought dozens of properties over the years so have vast experience when it comes to good and bad estate agents. I sold my property through Knight Partnership last month. Communication throughout the process was extremely poor. We faced lots of issues that potentially could have caused the chain to collapse. The day of exchange things still looked vulnerable. At no time did Clare call us to see how things were progressing. My husband was instrumental in holding things together. The day of completion there was still no contact. I spoke to Ckare when I dropped the keys off after completion and she said we had slipped her mind as she had been in meetings all day. I find that completely unacceptable. I would not use this firm again and would certainly not recommend them.
