The best estate agent in Stamford hands down and in fact the best agent I have ever used (and I have used a few across the country). You will get a friendly, professional team that will not tell you lies, will not over price your property just to get your business. Every member of the team is approachable and willing to offer the best advice for your circumstances. We have now sold with them twice and will be selling with them again. They sold one property for us in a couple of weeks after a different agent couldn’t sell it in 5 months. The whole team has always gone the extra mile for us and I can not recommend them more highly. Just the difference when you walk into their office compared with every other agent I have been in does not compare. The guys are interested in you and what you need from them wether buying or selling.

Newton fallowell made selling our three houses as easy as reading a book. Starting with the chapters (interductry folder) and as the chapters unfolded the ups and downs of the sales wasn't at all easy as they had an elderly customer that is email friendly but hard of hearing luck early a wiz with modern texting.as we are selling houses for her and her sister at the same time,testing time for the team at Newton as a large family was behind her all the time.giving loving support . Yes as the time goes by and as a customer feels things are not happening.Newton team txt and emailed mum and I with every detail needed to comfort us .My brother also sold his house placing all three houses sold virtually all together.with so many aspects to selling homes Newton fallowell finished our book with a great finishing chapter.All sold no disappointment.
