Stressful time made stress free by Newton Fallowell staff

We had to sell two properties and we had a number of estate agents round to value the properties. Robert at Newton Fallowell was friendly, professional and seemed to speak in a clear and knowledgeable way about the local housing market. He didn't use any jargon or promise us the earth- instead he said that if we employed them, they would do a professional and thorough job on our behalf. This was indeed the case from start to finish. We were introduced to the entire team and was dealt with efficiently and courteously every time and by each member of staff. This was despite numerous telephone calls and emails from us as we enlisted Newton Fallowell's help to see us through some problematic areas. I never once felt as though I was a problem or an inconvenience and always felt reassured. Viewings were accompanied if we so wished and were always followed up by feedback. We were fortunate as our properties sold fairly quickly with one achieving the full asking price and one just below- an outcome we were delighted with. During the conveyancing process Newton Fallowell continued to assist us and were proactive in this regard. On completion day we spoke to a number of the team members and they were clearly delighted for us. An excellent service from start to fnish and I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Newton Fallowell in Stamford.

Newton Fallowell in Stamford sold out home in November 2015, we were fortunate enough to buy through them too. From the get go, the team managed our transactions with nothing but seamless hard work. Selling your house does come at an expense but I feel we had a sound return on our investment with them and found their rates very competitive. They were honest, assertive and we found them so personable. All the staff we dealt with remember us and make time to say hello if they see us. Would have given 5 stars as excellent customer service to start with, but some miscommunications regarding total payable on fees caused some confusion later on during the process of renting, regardless overall good and Kate in particular very helpful.

An Enthusiastic and Hardworking Team

We have just finished selling our complete portfolio of 15 residential buy-to-let properties through Newton Fallowell's Stamford office. This has not proved to be the easiest of tasks, either for them or for us, but their willingness to go the extra mile has not flagged over the 15 months we have worked together on this project.
