Great service from Newton Fallowell right from the moment Adam walked through my door to value my property. Nikki and Zoe then dealt with viewings and I had two offers on my first day of viewings. One of those offers led to the sale of my property. All staff do their best to hurry the sale of the property along, especially during the ‘quiet’ period when searches and surveys are being undertaken. It was important for me to have estate agents who didn’t push me into selling my house as quickly as possible, and who I could feel were in my side; I certainly found those qualities with this team. The team at Newton Fallowell in Stamford did a great job selling my property. The valuation process was prompt, informative and honest. They got the house on the market quickly with excellent marketing details. I was kept updated regularly throughout and obtained viewings within a couple of weeks. Feedback was immediate and straight forward and a buyer was found quickly, at a price within the range we had agreed. They also communicated clearly and regularly through the sale process itself, working with both sets of solicitors the buyer and myself (under tight timescales as both parties wanted to move quickly). They do a great job ! I was very impressed with Adam & Matthew who kept me up to date with planned viewings and progress, as well as ‘moving’ quickly . Adam did some great photos when he came to value my property. A week later there were a succession of 4/5 viewings , with one of those placing an offer for the full asking price . It took about 11 weeks from start to exchange & completion . Newton Fallowell certainly delivered and I have no hesitation, based on my extremely positive experience in recommending them.
