We've just moved back to the area yesterday from Leicester and couldn't be happier with the help we were given by Newton Fallowell. We were in a bit of a rush to get through to Stamford as we are both starting new jobs and didn't want to be doing a huge commute every day and the staff were very happy to get the process finished as quickly as possible. We have a property that we rent out in another area and wish they were in the right location to be able to handle it for us as they clearly do everything they can to make sure they get the right tenants for their clients. I'd reccomend them for owners or tenants any day!

Kate has been professional, kind, patient, hard working and communicative throughout the process. She was so patient when I was late to the viewing after a 5 hour journey. Another property I was going to rent fell through last minute which was very stressful. Kate dived into action after hours and immediately started the process on the property she showed me. Without this I would have been worrying all evening as my move is time critical for work and it is a long way to relocate. She was patient, kind and communicated with me regularly getting straight back to me on anything I asked. I would thoroughly recommend her to anyone.
