Massive thanks to Howard Star, he sold our property in Stanmore for us which completed this week. Found a buyer for us two weeks from first on day of marketing. The sale process took a long time due to complexity of our case and leasehold issues, delays from the management company, Howard had been very proactive in holding the deal together and communicating with both sides to progress the sale.
