I had the rented a flat in Harrow through the Oyster Properties office in Stanmore. It was my first rental in the UK having recently moved to the country and so was a bit nervous. But they made it very easy for me. My entire experience from viewing to leasing to vacating the flat and eventually release of the deposit was absolutely seamless. I don't recall even a single opportunity to complain. Most of my interactions were with Gemma Groogan and Hemangi Deru, who I found to be extremely professional, courteous, responsive and understanding. Even during the pandemic when I had few queries/ maintenance requests, all were addressed promptly and as best as possible. Throughout the lease period, I didn’t face any difficulties or challenges when I required assistance from Oyster Properties.
