Since I have moved in to one of the properties let by Oyster, it has been a pleasure dealing with this agency. Sorting out the contract was quick and efficient. They are very customer orientated and aim to deal with any issues as soon as possible. Venesa, in particular, has been a pleasure to speak to, she has been extremely helpful with a very positive atttitude.

I have a few properties that are managed by Oyster properties . I have to confess the staff makes my job as a Landlord easy. I have worked with Lane for 2 years and Gary of recent - communication and professionalism is 100%. Through the lockdown period, which was a worrying time for many Landlords, I experienced no issues at all. They kept me informed and up to date of tenant movement throughout. Thank you!

Oyster have managed our flat for 15 years. We have not had to visit the flat even once as they have taken care of everything from finding good tenants (our property has never been vacant) to fixing any problems big or small. They charge low management fees, communication is brilliant. Can’t recommend them enough.

Good experience with Oyster Properties so far. Gemma was very helpful and professional. She assisted us with everything during the referencing process. Flat check in was delayed by a few hours due to cleaning but was promptly flagged and resolved within the day.

Gemma was helpful, knowledgeable and professional in all her dealings with me. She was also extremely patient, especially since I had a barrage of questions for her to answer! She took time to answer my questions (I am a layman when it comes to many of the ins and outs of all of this) so was extremely grateful to have someone who could explain it to me, and who did so promptly too! I would definitely recommend Oyster Properties in Stanmore to anyone, and in particular, as the majority of my dealings were with Gemma, I would recommend that they ask for Gemma to assist them with any viewings, transactions etc. that they wish to make.
