Very professional and responsive service! I needed to rent a place urgently in London, so contacted the agency after seing a place online. A lady called Gemma helped me throuout the renting process, making it really smooth and stress-free! She always replied to my emails or calls promply and was very helpful for every issue I have raised regarding the house or contract. We were able to settle-up everything in 2 days. Oyster Properties are managing the letting of my Stanmore flat, and I couldn't be happier with them. I had to move abroad for work, and they have managed the entire process from removing and safely storing some of my personal items, finding suitable tenants within a matter of days, arranging for cleaning, spare keys, bill transfer to the new tenants etc. brilliantly. The team around Nick and Gemma are highly professional, always friendly and always very quick and efficient in answering to any enquiries I might have. The letting team is highly professional, they understand the local council regulation, dos/don'ts of the landlords and tenants, provided detailed advise on several inspection that has to be carried out as part of the lettings procedure. We are living abroad and the property is totally managed by Oyester's team. We would highly recommend them as our experience has been extremely positive.
