Absolutely professional and thorough. Super friendly and communication is great. Many thanks Cris for your support in trying to arrange a plumber when our hot water turned off. It was unfortunate this happened over the weekend but it was sorted out the next working day. I am grateful for the efficiency and communication whilst trying to locate a plumber.
