I found the entire team at Oyster to be extremely professional and responsive at all times. I am professional landlord, and we had 20 flats that suddenly become vacant this summer. The Oyster team mobilised and put in a great effort, to let the entire stock within 8 weeks, and this was during Covid times, so a even bigger accomplishment- Thank you! The service was great and they acted for my best interest, but in a fair manner. I have no hesitation in using them in future and continue to do so.

She is supportive, caring and really understands what tenants go through, and always has the time to help and assist with such a caring approach She really values people's concerns and nothing is too much for her!
