Being this was my first time renting I can comfortably claim that my experience with oyster properties has been successful. Through their brilliant services I found a flat which is perfect for me and my little one. My letting agent was Gemma who was professional, friendly, efficient in communication and well mannered. Gemma went above and beyond for all my needs. I will defiantly be using oyster properties again.

Fast service, great stuff, especially Gemma, she find us a very nice studio flat very fast. Good communication and very easy whit them. Gemma, our rental negotiator, was so helpful and very friendly. From the moment we engaged with Oyster Properties they demonstrated true professionalism with high level of service. The staff certainly from my perspective on the rental side were very helpful from start to finish in getting my property onto the rental market. Oyster Properties is an agent that had kept up with the current and future of rental management and have used the a combination of experience and technology to be ahead of their competitors. This has made the whole experience in getting my property onto the rental market seamless. I would highly recommend their services. This is going to be a slightly longer review than a usual one so to summarise my review- Gemma was absolutely amazing! I was interested in renting an apartment, when I contacted the company I was able to view the property the following day. Gemma was very helpful and provided a lot of knowledge of the area. I have received loads of support as I wanted to ensure I'm not breaching the contract by any matter. In the contract it was mentioned there are no pets allowed unless there is a written permission from the landlord. Therefore I have requested a formal document of the landlord to state my cat is allowed on the premises. Gemma has went out of he way to get the letter for me within two or three days, and I must admit I was pleasantly surprised how smoothly and stress free experience it was for me to deal with this agency. I would highly recommend this company if you are looking to rent or buy a new apartment. The staff were quick to respond to my emails, and they were professional at all times.

Highly recommended for property rentals and property purchase. We have been renting through Oyster properties for many years. The team is always very professional . Nick is great problem solver ! He takes the time to understand the issue for tenants and works with the landlord to find optimum solutions. I appreciated their customer service, the expertise and trying to make the tenants stay comfortable .

I found Oyster properties a very pleasant company to deal with. From the moment I took over a flat tenancy 18 months ago they were always available to assist, advise and resolve any issues which arose.
