Gemma was simply one of the most pleasant surprises I’ve had in a while: what I expected would be a tedious, long-drawn process – looking for a place to rent – turned out to be anything but. And it was all due to Gemma who, in true professional, walked me through the steps, thus ensuring everything went smoothly, showed considerable patience and willingness to help, was kind, open and fun and made the whole process look like a walk in the park. All in all, I couldn’t have asked for a better agent and I’m grateful that she made this experience so enjoyable.
