Does not care for the property

A-Top have managed my property for 6 years. I should have moved away earlier. They found tenants readily and I had no problems with rent etc. But they did not check the workmanship of the contractors they organised for repairs and redecorating. Admittedly the workmen were cheap but their work was rubbish, which in the end has cost more to remedy, A-Top did not take action when the last tenant made dirty marks all the way up the stairwell, and they declared that the flat was in reasonable condition when he left. It was not, A-Top had no photos of before and after the tenancy and did not press for recompense. They were neither surprised nor cared when I asked for the keys back..
