I have found Martin & Co to be very knowledgeable and friendly. The staff were happy to discuss options with me and keen to help without any pressure. Its a shame though that I see a few unfair reviews - on doing some digging these appear to be by ex-employees with an axe to grind....

The new letting team at Stirling branch have been fantastic in helping us get repairs done to our property. The previous team literally did absolutely nothing for us, had not even acknowledged the repairs when they were reported so the landlord was none the wiser! Particular thanks to Helene who took ownership of our issues and resolved to the best of her abilities, keep up the good work :-)

After letting with Martin and Co since May, I have had nothing but support from everyone in the office, particularly Helene who has been an absolute gem. Our property has had nothing but issues and Helene has helped us out as much as she has been able to. She has listened to my complaints and has seen our side of the story whilst offering a shoulder to cry on when it was a never ending cycle. I have never met a more professional woman who understands that as students, we need a place to live that is suitable to inhabit. She has taken all of our concerns and fought our case for us when our landlord has been shocking. She has been an absolute rock in resolving issues. All I can say is thank you.

Good agency, good response when issues arise

I have used Martin & Co for many years and have found them to be very efficient letting agency. They are very approachable and reply to emails promptly and always obtain my agreement before undertaking repairs, which are then quickly sorted. No problems at all. Our flat was never empty.
