Following poor service from my previous agent, I researched the market and moved to Martin & Co because the team are professional in their approach and understand the needs of both tenants and landlords. I have found Martin & Co to be very knowledgeable and friendly. The staff were happy to discuss options with me and keen to help without any pressure. Its a shame though that I see a few unfair reviews - on doing some digging these appear to be by ex-employees with an axe to grind....

The new letting team at Stirling branch have been fantastic in helping us get repairs done to our property. The previous team literally did absolutely nothing for us, had not even acknowledged the repairs when they were reported so the landlord was none the wiser! Particular thanks to Helene who took ownership of our issues and resolved to the best of her abilities, keep up the good work :-)
