Rent from them at your own risk . They hold you deposit and find every excuse to collect from it by finding silly faults. I lived in the house for 4 years and they expect no wear and tear. All i can say is don’t expect your deposit back complete no matter how hard you try

We always allow for fair wear and tear. Having to hold tenants accountable for issues at the end of a tenancy is incredibly time consuming and of no benefit to Martin & Co whatsoever, we would much prefer that tenant's leave properties clean and tidy without damage. All deposits we take are held within an approved deposit scheme and subject to legislation about what can and can't be claimed for, we need to provide suitable evidence for any claim to be successful. Claims for "Silly faults" would be rejected by the relevant deposit scheme, we much prefer to have full deposits returned at the end of a tenancy which is the case for the majority of tenancies where tenants have looked after the property
