For us, in this busy stamp duty holiday period, we found that the Sale Progression team has been outstanding in not letting the sale just stagnate amongst all the other properties the solicitors were dealing with. They continued to regularly contact both the buyers and our own solicitors to ensure everything was moving in the right direction and liase with ourselves and the buyer to keep us fully updated.
