Martyn and his team have managed my property since 2010. Last year the property was badly damaged as a result of an arson fire. As a result, the house had to be gutted and rebuilt, and all of the internals replaced. Belvoir handled everything for me, and Jo in particular spent many, many hours negotiating and working with local officials, contractors and insurance company personnel to take care of the myriad issues that had to be resolved. I could not have wished for a better advocate, and I am pleased to say that the property is now as good as new and has been relet.
