I started renting my property 7 years ago and spent time with all the local agents assessing their capabilities and eventually selected Belvoir. Jo keeps absolutely everything moving along, Getting me tenants, references, inspections, paying me, paying suppliers, looking after legalities etc etc. Its effortless for me, yet I know my property is in safe hands. I think i've had just 4 weeks without tenants in 7 years, money comes in like clockwork, faultless.
