We have engaged Martyn of Belvoir Lettings for 10 years now, and during that time he has provided us with a full service as we live outside of the country. He has found us good tenants and we have had very short periods of the property being empty. The contract which is used is fair to both parties, and we have only ever had one disgruntled tenant, which was due to the tenant not reading the contract, and when things go wrong you rely on the contract. We have also dealt with Jo who has always been very helpful and the office as a whole seems to work as a team. They have a data base of good maintenance teams whom they can call on to do jobs quickly, at a reasonable price. We find that their paperwork is excellent and rental payment always come through on time. We thoroughly recommend them and would certainly put any future properties we may have with this agent.
