My partner and I rented properties managed by Belvoir for just over 3 years and our experience with them as the managing agent was really positive. They made the process of applying of the properties easy and smooth and the two properties we rented were both in excellent condition when we moved in. Belvoir were also extremely responsive when ever we had a problem. Anything urgent such as water or heating was dealt with immediately and anything requiring less urgent attention was generally fixed within a few days. The second property we rented was put up for sale and we had to ask for an extension to the tenancy twice while we finalised the purchase of and move to our current home and they were very helpful and supportive in securing this for us. This was such a huge help as it made things just a whole lot less stressful knowing we didn't have the worry of having to find short term accommodation, storage and boarding for our dog while we completed. If you are looking to rent then I would definitely recommend you look at renting a property being managed by Belvoir. Our experience was that they look after tenants as well as landlords.
