This was my first experience of renting from a Private Landlord. It was so easy to complete the setup of the tenancy agreement, with the Belvoir Letting Agency providing support and the team being very approachable. I had periodic reviews that were communicated in advance, as well as annual gas and electrical checks. On the one occasion I asked for additional maintenance, the Belvoir Letting Agency had someone out the same day and kept me updated via my mobile. Would recommend Belvoir Letting Agency as a Tenant.
