I moved a number of properties to Belvoir, Sunderland earlier this year from another agent. The service I have received has been exceptionally friendly and professional and all quotes for any work are always very reasonable. The organisation comes across as very trustworthy and there are never any nasty surprises. I would recommend this company to any landlord who has properties in the Sunderland area.

Sadly left belvoir letting but would go back to them again if i wanted to rent Brilliant staff very understanding and fair always help where they can. Thank you

Rented many times but best experience i have had was being with Belvoir. Issues were easy to report on their online system and problems fixed quickly. Staff are very friendly and helpful.
