Belvoir took on my property, when my previous agent went into liquidation and left me with an unoccupied property and no means of contacting them. Neil was very helpful and professional in his advice, as a result of which he was able to secure the property for me, organise a refurbishment and secure a new tenant. The rents are paid regularly and on time, with a monthly statement sent by e-mail and Belvoir also keep me informed as to the condition of the property with regular inspections. Overall I can honestly say that they have provided me with a reliable and professional service, and I have to say, they really helped to dig me out of a hole at a difficult time.

When emailing Neil I receive a response within 24 hours. . I am promptly informed of any update regarding the property. The tenants placed have all left my property in good condition with no problems outstanding. I am happy with the service I receive and think Belvoir provide a high quality service compared to other agents.
