Repairs never got done, would ignore calls. Talked to people with a bad attitude only one of then was okNegativeProfessionalism

We looked at the maintenance log for the property and the last report was back in 2019 for the remote control for the boiler and no further reports have been logged since this date. Repairs not being done and they give people viewings of your property without warning and while you are out. Is this legal ?

Hi Darren, we appreciate your honest feedback. Looking at our records we can find only one outstanding issue at present and we have contacted our engineer this afternoon for an update. With regards to the viewing, we have phone records to confirm that we left 2 messages with your partner, one on Friday 3rd August 1.16pm to advise that a viewing was taking place today at 11.00am and to contact us if this was not suitable and we also rang at 10.15am this morning to confirm that this viewing was going ahead. This is the same number that was given when you reported the maintenance issue this weekend for your roof, where our contractors attended this morning to repair. There is a new team at belvoir in the last year and the service provided to myself as landlord and to my tenant has been less than adequate for the large % they take a month. No feedback... not helpful the service has become less than acceptable since Neil left. Very disappointed

[[EDIT ORIGINAL START]] Having viewed a flat with who i am only guessing was the manager of the office in Sunderland due to his cocky attitude which came across as if he was better than the potential tenants, we eventually decided not to go for the flat as eventually we found flaws that were unable to be fixed by Belvoir or the Landlord. I believe the name of the Manager was Neil, and he was around 70% of the reason we decided not to go for the flat. I hope this message gets passed onto this branch as i really do believe he needs a good kick up the arse, and for your information Neil, you are not better than 100% of the people in this business i have had the honour of dealing with. We decided to go with a flat with a company called Peter Heron who are professional and actually care about their customers. Pros: None Cons: NEIL!!! I hope this review will help people decide on their future dealings with this company. Thanks Name? No Thanks! Unfortunately chose to rent a property with Belvoir - Sunderland. Completely regretting it now - Complete con merchants! I also agree with the statement about N's attitude! They have now entered my property twice (as far as I'm aware of) without giving me any notification whatsoever! The first time this happened I complained and they were very apologetic and said they would make absolute sure that I would receive email notification and a phone all next time they wanted to enter the property! Again they didn't give any notification at all thay they would be doing an "inspection". God knows how many times they've helped themselves inside when I haven't been in! I'm absolutely furious about this as I was in the shower and have a young child when some random guy from belvoir entered my house. I can't wait to move out an certainly will not be going anywhere near Belvoir again and will be advising everyone else to stay well away from them also!
