Very quick to set up an ‘open house’ viewing for prospective purchasers and provided great feedback, analysis and advice about the received bids. Despite an initial set back an alternate was quickly identified and the process progressed in a timely manner. I was kept up to date with developments with regular communications both via email and on the phone. Derek dealt with the entire process professionally and diligently, moreover, I felt that he was taking a personal interest in helping get the sale past the finish post. Exchanged contracts today but Derek is still working in my best interests sorting out evidence of meter readings prior to completion. I have used the Surbiton office a couple of times now and have been extremely pleased with the quality of service provided by the sales staff.
