We've just found a property and dealt with Lucy. She has been amazing from day 1! Excellent communication. Everything went smooth from start to finish. Very bubbly and lovely person. When collected the keys for the new property we've been offered a little package full of goodies to enjoy in the new house! How sweet? Never had that. Lovely touch.
