I loved working with Lucy and Rihanna on finding my rental flat! I usually have a million questions and I was calling them up so much I had to apologies for it and Rihanna simply said “please don’t apologies, we are here to answer your questions and help you so keep calling us!”. This was so different from my past experiences, I was pleasantly surprised. I felt very supported from the first time I talked to them all the way to signing the contract! And they are still there to answer my questions and help me out even after signing! I strongly recommend this branch and in particular Lucy and Rihanna as they truly go above and beyond for their customers!
