I would like to leave this 5* review for Lucy. I work in sales meaning that I was rarely available to speak on the phone during regular office hours. Having said this, Lucy accommodated to my needs of having to do everything over e-mail and was very patient with me and prompt with her responses. In addition, she arranged for a viewing way out of office hours to ensure I don't miss out on the perfect apartment for me and has since kept in touch regularly to keep me updated on the process. Overall, I would say that she has been incredibly professional, helpful and a joy to deal with.
