I'd like to especially thank Keith, who did a brilliant job of seeing through the process from agreement to completion - this got delayed by some legal issues along the way, but Keith was really patient and professional while coordinating between me and the sellers throughout the process and was key to getting the deal over the line. Delighted with the service provided by the Surbiton Office of Your Move and especially by Derek Baker. Very quick to set up an ‘open house’ viewing for prospective purchasers and provided great feedback, analysis and advice about the received bids. Despite an initial set back an alternate was quickly identified and the process progressed in a timely manner. I was kept up to date with developments with regular communications both via email and on the phone. Derek dealt with the entire process professionally and diligently, moreover, I felt that he was taking a personal interest in helping get the sale past the finish post. Exchanged contracts today but Derek is still working in my best interests sorting out evidence of meter readings prior to completion. I have used the Surbiton office a couple of times now and have been extremely pleased with the quality of service provided by the sales staff. I wish everyone I deal with was as invested in delivering excellence.
