Dear Tong, I am disappointed that you have felt the need to write this review, at Madley we always strive for excellent customer service. However, our terms and conditions are very clear and fair about what happens in these situations, and you were fully aware of our terms when you gave the tenants notice. Our terms clearly state that a refund is only due if the tenant gives notice. I’m sorry that you are now not happy, but as a company we make it clear at the outset, through our terms and conditions, what we do and how we charge, and we have only charged within those clear guidelines.
