In summary my experience with Madley has been just great. Since the moment Matt visited me to do the valuation until the flat was handed over to the new tenants. Matt together with Natalie and Rojda were great at keeping me informed of every step of the process. As a first time Landlord they were able to answer every question I had and were always available for me. They were very clear and simple to deal with and everything happened as they said, no surprises. From arranging viewing, to the fees that apply, to the negotiation with the tenants and moving date, everything great. I now look forward to many years of them managing my property in London
