We dealt with Matthew Irvine who I think did a good job with what was a long process due to the fact that we lost our first buyer 2 months in. Matthew was responsive and as this was a relocation from Devon, we were only able to view once. Matthew later provided us with a virtual tour at our request even though he knew the sale was in the bag, but we needed more details to enable us to plan and Matthew was very helpful in this regard Newton Fallowell also arranged for my son to visit very close to completion to get some measurements for us which helped us greatly. Matthew always respond promptly and liased between the various parties efficiently and eventually we completed on 07 October after initially offering on the property sometime in April!!. All in all we were happy with the service provided and would recommend
