Shocking, wasn't told the property was previously a hmo when we asked for a viewing, we had to do alot to it when we moved in to be told it was a long term let was quick enough to get u in and take the money to find out after 7 months they wanted the property back and we had 2 months to get out, we got out the property within a month, we then had to wait 7 weeks for our deposit back rang and emailed numerous occasions was told by staff they will get David to look into it, to be told by David he was getting it sorted waiting for accounts to send it to him for him to send it back to us, over and over again, rang and told them we should of had it back within 10 days and threatened with taking them to a small claims court and had it back that afternoon, funny that, definitely will never use these again
Awful service - dealt with Dave. My property wasn't inspected properly, lack of responses, lack of action, told things were happening when they were not. Constantly had to chase and continued to get next to nothing back. I cant express how little I would suggest anyone uses this company.

not sure how they managed to get so many positive comments. I will try to be as objective as I can with mine. This I believe applies to both - tenant and a landlord point of view. Please consider it before chosing this company. - When I decided to rent a flat from this agent they sent a wrong document to my employeer causing confusion among my HR department people. - Parking pertmitt was not handed over to me on time which resulted in a charge notice noone refunded me for. - During the whole tenancy period (over 2 years) only once did they come to inspect the flat - and that was forced upon them by the landlord - I should get a deposit back within 7 days after signing a document. It actually took 37 days which most likely was because I started the dispute claim via DPS As a plus I can add that the people are friendly but they do not offer value for the money you pay. Things do not get done in time resulting in further issues.
This letting agents cannot be trusted, after returning keys I was assured by office manager David Merriman that my deposit will be returned in full with in 2 weeks. Now, 7 weeks later, many emails and phone calls still didn't receive it! No explanation, just misleading information. Not recommending to anyone.
