Melissa is our main point of contact and she checks the property bi-annually, which is reassuring to both the tenant and ourselves. When maintenance work is required Martin & Co have contractors that they can rely on. Melissa keeps on top of any certification and other relevant inspections that are due and advises of any new legislation that we need to be aware of.
