Unorganised, no communication was told one thing then another. Wouldn't recommend using this estate agent, messed me and partner about. When complained, they didn't do anything other than offer me another property. I now avoid using martin and co for any future lettings.

Hello Loz, You were kept informed throughout the whole process, we were happy with you were progressing through referencing, however the landlord of the property then unexpectedly withdrew the property from ourselves. Unfortunately at this point, we could no longer offer you the property; but my colleague did instead say that we had another property which may be of interest to help you out. I am sorry that despite our best efforts to progress you through to the original property in question that we were unable to do so due to matters outside of our control.
