We cannot thank Dom and the team at Butler's enough. It seems like such an understatement on how grateful we feel for their support through our sale and onward purchase in a difficult environment. This was our first time selling. We spoke to multiple local estate agents and online ones but decided to go with Dom's company. On the surface and financial reasons alone, Butler's have very good reviews, extremely competitive rates and conditions, which just shows how confident and good they are. But more importantly, when we met, Dom really listened, showed us all of the leg work he had done to value our house (a lot of the others just used an automatic programme/software). The photos taken were amazing; Dom and the team are always friendly, professional, responsive and they care. Everyone in the team knew where we are at with things at all times so when one person is off, we didn't have to wait for things to be done. When we lost our first buyer, Dom and the team worked very hard to find us a new buyer, especially when the market turned. When we had to take the property off the market because I had an operation, Dom and the team were supportive, not pushy and waited for us to be 100% sure before relisting. There are so many good things to list but you won't be disappointed if you went with Butler's.
