What a find…………….. The team at Butler’s After 22 years in my house, it was time to downsize. I viewed a property marketed by Butler’s even though my house was not on the market. I offered, it was accepted and then I panicked. My daughter was getting married in two weeks in Tenerife how was I going to put the house on the market, have photographs taken, accept viewings etc…, etc…, THE STRESS!! There was no STRESS. Dominic, Hayleigh & Hannah took care of everything. Dominic came to value my house and arranged a photographer for the same day. He was upfront and transparent in managing my expectations regarding the sale. They had an open day whilst I was in Tenerife and the house sold. They kept me informed every step of the way. You also have an online portal so you can view how the sale & purchase are progressing. They call at least once a week to give you an overview of what is happening and always pick up the phone if you call them. They are personable, professional and they really care about their Clients. They have shown real integrity all the way through and I cannot thank them ALL enough. We are a few weeks away from completion and I will honestly be disappointed not to be speaking to them anymore.
