Dealt with these a few times now, last time i used these I rented. Not impressed with these at all just seemed like once you were in they didn't really care about anything else. If you had Any issues or concerns they would take forever to reply so I had to go to the shop itself to get things done.

Tried to get in touch repeatedly both via email, webform and phone with no response. Went to the shop twice and it was closed earlier than advertised online. Went to the lettings shop to enquire how to get hold of the team and was advised the lettings team would pass on our details but still nothing. Absolutely useless.

I came across them twice during my property search and not impressed at all. Took them more than two weeks to respond back after several enquiries. The properties they recommended were way out of the budget and this was after they took all the details and were notified of the requirements. Seems like a bunch of egoistic people who dont really care about anything

Firstly its a nice restaurant and atmosphere and the beer was good. But they forgot our order and our friend who ordered at the same time had her food. When we asked about ours the staff informed us they forgot us and offered a refund or a 30min wait after waiting for 45min. We took the refund and the manager gave us the wrong amount. It was for half of the order, which we then had to explain that we ordered 2 burgers and not 1. After around an hour we decided to leave.

Poor service from Maria. Late for the first viewing for 10min and not even say I'm sorry.. We had two vewings with her on the same day and she was very unprofessional, rude and to lazy to do her job. When we had few questions about property she was like "I don't know " " Don't understand what you mean ' or checking her phone... When we find the property that we really like and took a day off from work to see it first thing in the morning she called us 20min before meeting her that the property is now gone and she is cancelling the viewing... Very poor customer service

Horrible service from Maria, she was to lazy to do a viewing on the day I called so then books it in for the next day, on the day she decides to leave me a voice mail saying she’s cancelling the viewing and that the property is gone. This was a complete waste of my time as I could have made another viewing and very unprofessional. I am extremely frustrated by the way this employee went about her job, terrible service.
