Firstly its a nice restaurant and atmosphere and the beer was good. But they forgot our order and our friend who ordered at the same time had her food. When we asked about ours the staff informed us they forgot us and offered a refund or a 30min wait after waiting for 45min. We took the refund and the manager gave us the wrong amount. It was for half of the order, which we then had to explain that we ordered 2 burgers and not 1. After around an hour we decided to leave.

One word "Cheater" only in favour with landlord and big time problem creator when you are leaving the house .I would never go with them for the next rent .I would give zero rating for them .

The staff at Your Move Lettings seem very friendly and helpful at the beginning when you are trying to rent a property. The nightmare starts when you are moving out of a property. I did not intended to write this review, but after I've seen that there are other tenants in my situation I've decided to raise awareness. The staff at the agency are protecting only the landlord, it was a struggle to have my deposit back after a month and after their assurance that it will be returned in a civil manner. They have deducted a very high amount from my deposit for repairs at the property and a broken blindfold (£180) !!! The inventory company that works with them is hand in hand with them and you will end up paying for wear and tear, which is the landlord's responsibility if ou want your remaining deposit back quickly (as I did because was a high amount of money involved). Definitely would not recommend this agency as they lack professionalism and they will end up ripping you off at the end of tenancy!

Never use this estate agent in any area! They are a bunch of cowboys, held my deposit for over two months and never provided dispute docs to deposit company. Property was as I found it when I left I must clarify. My landlord wanted money for repairs which he got in the end because of the dragging of heels. Deposit company (mydeposits) they use are in league with this agent, they are not on your side as a tenant and are biased in how they provide you with info. I don’t normally write reviews but feel I must warn people who value their money, time and sanity.

Have been waiting for my deposit for 12 days now, everytime you call it's a different story and always ends with "3-5 working days". Awful service.

Will never use Your Move again because of unpleasant encounter with agent Sarah who is incredibly rude, blames you for her own mistakes and is generally a nightmare to deal with. Have only experienced the company through this one agent and this has given us a very negative view of the company.

Your Move Lettings Sutton Surrey TERRIBLE COMPANY AND SERVICE. I have rented properties for almost 8 years and never have i had such a poor experience. Upon viewing i was assured an end of tenancy clean and decorating would be carried out as the property was in an inhabitable condition. I trusted this would be done as they had 2 weeks to complete. Called week before moving in and was assured it would all be done, was even lied to and informed decorating had begun. When i went to move in, the place was terrible. Cooker was in the worst condition i have ever seen, i wouldn't even place a box on it! A manhole cover was exposed causing health and safety risks and mould in the bathroom. When i complained i was simply told i could leave and receive my deposit back. No offer to resolve the situation, no talk of the rent or removal costs even being refunded/compensated even though i asked. All the branch cared about was letting the property to someone else once i left. I never occupied the property it was that bad, it would be cruel to even let animals live there. Despite numerous attempts to resolve the situation i am still battling this 6 months later. Avoid the company at all costs. They breach all basic tenancy agreement standards and don't care
