Good customer service, sending me well matched properties, the agents are very responsive, even the other agents (Danny, George, Phil) who are not in charge of the property I bought are quite helpful. During property viewing, Jay’s service was great compare to any other agents in Sutton who perhaps thought that their only job was to let you into the property and didn’t even bother looking into basic stuff like lease, ground rent, service cost etc. His sales skill was excellent, his knowledge of the local area was exceptional, removing any doubt anyone who’s not local might have.
