My wife and I have used Your Move Phil and his team twice and I cannot recommend them enough! Phil has prevoisly sold our old proeprty and therefore when we went to sell this time we knew in a heartbeat we'd be returning to Phil and his team. Jay was our main contact and again he was outstanding, honest, professional and highly communicative. Jay recommended we dropped our guide price (which we were reluctant to do) however upon his recommendations we did so, the traffic of viewings doubled and our property was sold within 10 days.
