Not great

Photos of very poor quality, they were all lopsided, didn't show full rooms, had to be retaken a few times and still not as we requested. Only one member of staff knows what they are doing and is good at her job, the others don't have an idea. Fees are average but you have to pay for a premium listing and then the quality isn't good. We were constantly having to phone them to get feedback from viewers and chase it all up. Not at all a great agent to use.
