Sold in a week

When we decided to sell our house, we spoke with various Agents, As all the companies we spoke with offered similar packages at very similar rates we felt it was a good idea to go with a local company who would know the area well.. We deifinately made the right choice, the staff at Cadley Caudwell worked really hard for us, we felt very relaxed in their presence and not at all presurised by them. They arrived at the arranged time. They took loads of photographs. We were asked to verify that all details were correct, and checked photographs and details before they went live to confirm we were happy with them, which we were. We sold our house in a week, i feel the staff went above and beyond their responsibility and took away the pressure i expected. They were constantly in touch with either ourselves or our solicitor. they made it a stress free experience. If we were to sell our current home, I would choses Cadley Caudwell again in a flash.
