Hi James, I am sorry for the misunderstanding we were not marketing the property you wanted to view it was a different branch. Therefore you got booked into the property we had available which was the same price as you had asked to view a house at this price range. The contact number on the portals would have been for the correct branch and then the viewing would have been made however as you called the Swanley office we booked you a viewing for the property we had available at this price and confirmed the address with you via an email confirmation which we never received a reply to say this was not the property you wanted to view. Had we known we could have directed you the correct agent.
