If you're interested in selling or letting, use any other company because this one doesn't answer calls of buyers. Have been very interested in viewing some properties I have been trying to get a hold of someone for 4 weeks now. Have called 10+ times, sent at least 7 different emails, left voicemails, even talked to the stupid chat bot on their website. Not a single response. Not even an automated email. Absolutely insane. If you can, go to any other company.

Due to the high volume and demand for rental properties at present, we have invested in an automated system to manage any viewing enquiries for rental properties.
